1. Refund eligibility
To qualify for the 7-day guarantee, submit your request within 168 hours of your first Relay subscription purchase. The guarantee applies to the first purchase per user.
2. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed on our side immediately. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
3. Non-refundable items
Custom configurations, API overages, and accounts that have already received a refund for the same subscription may not be eligible for additional refunds.
