Relay is a personal AI assistant with memory. It helps you remember context, organize information, coordinate tasks, and continue conversations across supported platforms such as Web, LINE, and WhatsApp.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed. We are not liable for changes or interruptions caused by third-party platforms or integrations.
3 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Use a strong password and enable multi-factor authentication when available.
Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4 Billing & Payments
Some Relay features are free, while others require a paid subscription. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the listed price and billing terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or covered by our refund policy.
- We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
5 AI Memory Retention
Relay uses memory features to remember context you provide and improve your individual experience. Memory is used to help Relay respond with more continuity and relevance.
You can review, export, or delete your memory profile through your account settings. Deleting memory may be permanent and cannot always be undone.
6 Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Relay. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content only as needed to provide and improve Relay for you.
